					<description><![CDATA[Bottled a few days ago at final specific gravity around 1.018, so ABV less than 4%.  Higher FG than I was expecting, but I think fermentation had safely stopped.  I had racked to a secondary a few days before which roused the yeast a little on whatever sugars remained.]]></description>
